This is the only quest-obtainable plate belt with both Stamina and Defense Rating at level 80.

A good belt for if you're already or close to being defense capped; however for Death Knights and others struggling to hit that big 540 number; the Tempered Saronite Belt offers better armor and more defense for a very easy materials list.

It comes down to cost vs. gear; if you're hurting for strength and stamina, but are fine on armor and defense, you should be fine with this one, but I have to admit the Saronite crafted belt is easier to get earlier, and with an Eternal Belt Buckle and a Enchanted Tear if you're lucky; you can get a far better setup at a much earlier level.

Really, it's all what's more within your means.
