A nice offhand for casters that's heroic equivalent, and looks like a twig with a swirly in it. Also, it has a golden glow at the tip. Designed for healers, but priests of any spec will find this item delicious (contributes to mana regeneration, and shadow priests find hit through spirit as well now).

In theory a truly excellent Shadow Priest/Boomkin/Elemental Shaman/(Paladin) off-hand, but speaking on behalf of Boomkins the other off-hand that can be acquired from the same vendor is slightly better due to Treants currently not benefitting from Spirit +hit talent. I would assume the same goes for Shamans with their Fire Elemental and Priests with their Shadowfiend as well.

Im surprised no one has mentioned this, but the off hand is so out of proportion compared to other off hands. So warlocks and mages!

Step 1: Buy this
Step 2: Get a long one-handed sword
Step 3: You are now Gandalf.

If your looking for item to sink your "justice points" then Windslicer is the way to do it.
You can buy several if your on the cap and don't have anything else to spend your points on.
And after 2 hours you can sell them for 26g 2s 66c.

If you happen to be an Enchanter and are capped on points, any of the following items are good to buy to simply DE. Even if they implement the Justice Trades Good vendor they are considering, DE'ing one of these items still uses less JP.

The vendor is supposed to sell a shard for 1200 Justice Points. It's useful if you aren't an enchanter, but if you have the skill to Disenchant these, it makes more sense to do so.
