I have no idea why this sells so high in the AH. Costs ~45s. And easy to find with some walking. Do the walking if you don't want the AH price. Worth the travel.

Just checked the recipe vendor in SW, the butcher in gadgetzan en the fisherman in steamweadle port.

None of these vendors sold the recipe.

In the river going from the Hillsbrad foothills up to the Plaguelands. I probably just spelled/misnomed everything there but with the turtles there are now Sagefish pools :)

I purchased both of mine in stormwind. Old Town district, same inn as the cooking recipe vendor, but on the main level in the kitchen with the cooking supplier (one of the two in the room).

(I edited my post - I had originally put trade district. sorry for any confusion)

This requires the Greater Sagefish not the regular Sagefish. The Greater Sagefish is not found in Southshore.

Despite what it says here, you can't buy this recipe from either of the Mistrunner twins in Thunder Bluff. You can get it in Orgrimmar, though.

Shadowprey Village in desolace also has npc that sells them
