Three frostmaul E'ko will net juju might as a reward. Juju might will grant +40 attack power for 10 min.

Died two or three times, killing 15-20 or so giants, no E'Ko at all. Screw this Juju, I'll just use firewater, since they don't stack anyway. Can farm firewater farming for the +30 str juju, too, so...

drop rates are correct, these things NEVER Drop

ALL of the winterspring E'kos will drop for each group member. That is to say, if you get in a group for farming these things, every time a giant drops one each member of your group will get to loot one. If you're in a five man, that makes this much quicker.

The droprate seems completely made up. Seems more like 2% in actual practice.

This is related to a set of repeatable quests given by Witch Doctor Mau'ari.
Here is a quick list of each item and the reward it gives:

3 x Frostsaber E'ko > 3 x Juju Flurry
3 x Winterfall E'ko > 3 x Juju Power
3 x Shardtooth E'ko > 3 x Juju Ember
3 x Wildkin E'ko > 3 x Juju Guile
3 x Chillwind E'ko > 3 x Juju Chill
3 x Ice Thistle E'ko > 3 x Juju Escape
3 x Frostmaul E'ko > 3 x Juju Might

Just finished killing 41 of the giants (including both giants and preservers), got 3 e'ko.

Despite what Wowhead says, the drop rates are quite low indeed. My buddy and I spent 1 hour 31 minutes grinding the giants. We had absolutely no competition and managed to kill

We both got Frostmaul E'ko x11 each. Therefore, the drop rate was ~8.14%, which is more than four times lower than what's currently stated on this page.

Loot works kinda weird on these:

You can loot these in a raid and everybody gets one. So if you see your faction out there farming, group up and you can share the same spawns.

If you just came here to farm for these for gold, you'll want to take note of some things. In order for it to be lootable:

You must have already completed Cache of Mau'ari
You must have Cache of Mau'ari in your inventory
You must participate in the killing

My friend and I were farming these in a group. He killed a Frostmaul Giant while I killed a nearby Frostmaul Preserver. His dropped a Frostmaul E'ko, but I could not loot it.
Unclear if being a healer nearby counts as "participation". Ie, Throw up some Shadow Word: Pain to be sure you'll be able to loot.
