Considering that this does not only require the clam meat, but also spices and milk, it should have some bonus stat to be on par with other foods, but I guess on the other hand it's an easy skillup for cooking as the clams are easy to get.

This food is named after the Undermine, the underground city of the Goblins on the isle of Kezan, found in the southern seas of Azeroth. The Undermine is currently not in the game.

who comes up with these prices. I mean like if anyone wants to buy the clam meat or other ingredients i'd be extremly happy to sell them to you at these prices and would proberly be the first millionaire in the game.

undermine is goblin major city, south from bootybay, and maybe in exp pac, u can steam port to undermine :D

Sold at: Steamweedle Port. This is in Tanaris. The recipe is only there every hour or so (limited quantity), so if it's not there when you go, it should appear again within a brief span of time.

Also, the cost of the Zesty Clam Meat required to make it can be high on some servers because it is also one of the items required for the Artisan Cooking quest to get you to 300 cooking skill.

The Big-Mouth Clams that come off the turtles around the Steamwheedle Port should give you the meat, if you wanted to farm it (just <Right-Click to Open>). Also, the turtles on the coast of The Hinterlands (by the Horde town) drop it too. All the turtles in the mentioned zones are between mid-40 and 50.
