These plans can be found at the top of the tower @ 19,27. They are on the ground next to the fire on top of the tower. They are guarded by Captain Krosh (level 43 nonelite, there are also 4 level 43 sentries, 1 that patrols around the tower). My guildies say that these plans can move around to the different towers in the area (much like the plans in STV), so if the plans are not at this tower, try the other ones (same mob set up at all the towers). There is named at the top of each tower. Easily soloable at 63 , just gotta watch the casters.

(19, 27) were the coordinates when I stood directly over the plans. The plans were on the ground near Captain Krosh, at the top of the southern tower. Krosh was level 64 and a melee hitter.

They're kind've hard to spot, just look around BEHIND the fire when you go up the ramp. They're small and on the floor, so if your eye doesn't catch them quick keep looking.

confirmed 19, 27 top of tower watch out for the captain at the top.

you need to be carefull there is 2 towers one has capt krosh and thats the tower you need i went to the other tower first and did not find the plans there only on the tower with krosh

Ango'rosh Attack Plans is a quest related item - you need to search for it to complete Impending Attack quest.

Make your way to the north of Zabra'jin along the Marshlight Lake shore line. Continue to the northwest of northern shore of Marshlight Lake.
After reaching Ango'rosh ground search the area and locate a big watch tower guarded by ogres. You need to get to the top and loot Ango'rosh Attack Plans
