I am very suspicious of the listed drop rates (around 25%). I've seen a drop rate of less than 10% at best. Possibly just terrible luck, but I've been killing them for more than an hour now.

Feralfen Protection Totem is a quest related item - you need to collect 10 to complete Spirits of the Feralfen quest.

Make your way to the east of Zabra'jin and follow the road. Later you will spot multiple huts south of the road. There is Feralfen Village area, you should go there.
There are several mobs you can loot Feralfen Protection Totems from - Feralfen Mystics, Feralfen Hunters, Feralfen Druids - drop chance is lower than medium.

YMMV but as noted by the older posts the drop rate is very low.
