It does work in feral forms. I've had it for maybe a month now and have to say that my survivability has gone through the roof with this thing.

I got this today. I am a Disc Priest, with 3 stacks of Focus Will the healing rises to 1300, pretty damn good for a 2 min CD.

## Warlock ##

+34 resilience is huge, and with Fel Armor up this trinket heals for 1190-ish which is not so far from the battlemaster (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=34579). Note that battlemaster cannot crit, but instead is an increase in total health for 15 secs.
Until you have full season gear, this is a nice way to stack up to reach the "cap" at 493 (25% dam reduction on crits).

Well I like using this other more than Battlemaster's (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/search=battlemaster%27s+-weapon+-breastplate), in fact I hate Battlemaster's. Nice PvP combination with Medallion (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=30343).

This is a very powerful trinket, especially with that short cooldown pot, and a whopping 34 res from at trinket slot. But 34k honor is a lot, and this trinket is probably the last piece you should get when building your PvP set.

I dunno, in between 34 resilence rating and my warlock fel armor amplifying the healing to 1100 or so...

+ spirit link will ultimately make the talisman worth 1400 hp or so.

This will be THE Arena Trinket of choice!

in the arena cooldowns below 15min are resettet if you enter a arena-fight.

This trinket has a lot of resilience and the healing is just great!

As a Warlock, i have always a healthstone ready but to have this trinked in the back-hand is just awesome!

With fel-armor thisone would heal about 1300hp if it can crit this will be about 2000hp.

So if both crit.. the healthstone and the trinket... it would be about 7000hp restored! Without one single heal and everything instant =)

In a arena fight this would end in a easy win!

doesn't trigger healthstone's cd or anything else i've tested, pots and such. edit: the one exception so far is, as stated in this page, the defiler's talisman and alliance's counterpart.
it does crit (~1450) but is not affected by +heal.
nice resilience and def nice getting insta healed by ~900 every 2 minutes, adds up to around 15k in a typical bg game.
questionable use in arenas tho, the heal's too small to be of any consequence in most cases.
great trinket if u dunno what to do w ur honor points.

Guess the only problem is the cost...damn it's 33 k of HP...and for casual player it's really too expensive for a trinket...
BTW a really nice trinket for arena/BG/PvP outdoor XD

Its decent..I'm sure most of us already have a rotation of trinkets that we swap when they are cooling down. I would wear this if I did arenas, but I don't, so this trinket aint much of a priority for me atm.

Rogue talent Quick recovery should work well with this (2/2 for a 20% increase in healing). Especially since we can't heal ourselves.

To say it can't be used in combat is surely a prank. What on earth made you think this couldn't be used in combat?

Is this thing bugged? It clearly states "Heal self for 877 to 969 damage."
Then why did it heal me for 475? -_-

Info:

This Trinket gives a around 1000 heal every 2min.
The Resilience provide 0.9% Crit Damage reduction on you.
It can be used by druids in Forms.
It Benefits from your Spell Crit to crit itself.
but NOT your bonus Healing.
It is not effected by Alchemist's Stone cause it's not a Potion.
It Does Work in the Arena and it does not share cooldown with the Medallion of the Horde.

Note: I originally wrote this for the Talisman of the Alliance, but I figured horde players might have the same questions.

Meh... OK it's good, especially to impress your friends cos u have alot of crit chance reduction and crit dmg reduction with >400 resilience or so. But that 877 - 969 healing in arena, in most cases, is cut in half by MS, and it ends up at just about 450.

How many times have been almost dead, without a healthstone, cooldown blown on your potion and you know that if you could live just a little longer, that pally would go down!
have you ever found yourself running away with no health yet?
That is when you will be grateful you have this trinket on. its not alot of health, 1000 or so, but many times this makes all the difference.

There really isn't too much resilience gear out there. these two trinkets together are +58 Resilience, 270 health, and a minor heal every 2 minutes.
If anyone knows of 2 better PVP trinkets please post.
