Most of the PvP item costs are reduced in 2.1.0, this one is 2700.

It says that its unique, and so is medallion but they are different trinkets that serve different purposes. Would they still have them share that same cd? Granted you cant have two of theses that i understand.

The only times I've ever had a potion or healthstone crit were when I had a moonkin in group and I had his spell crit aura buff. I'd pretty much say that means that melee toons don't innately have spell crit at all, but rather only from unusual buffs.

Does this scale with +healing from items and enchants, aswell as talents? As a Balance druid with HoT's (which heals over time) and my main heals having 3 seconds or greater casting time, and instant 1.2 K'ish heal in addition to a potion would prove awesome.

This is a real life saver in pvp situations. As a pally I usually use this with holy shock and if both crit you can get back ~3000 hp

This could be thought of as the BC equivalent of the Lifestone (Lifestone trinket... perfect backup for a healer taking hits (pop the trinket for yourself and save the heal for a party member) or for a tank to buy the healer some time. It's also nice grinding with it... given about 1,000 damage healed every 2 mins, you will be getting about 15,000 hp healed every half hour. Then keep in mind the +34 resillience also gives almost 1% crit dodge and almost 2% reduced crit damage taken.

Here is a crit heal I got from my Talisman of the Alliance (third time I popped it) for over 1,400.

Anyone think this is worth getting, for the arenas? I'm a paladin, and a common problem is that I get CS'd and shot down before I can heal... is approx 1K extra burst heal really going to be that much of an improvement? The cost seems outlandish! (Pardon my pun, lawl!)

This trinket can crit off of your character spell crit rate. So if its at 20% , this item will crit 20% of the time. Its awesome

If you put the stats into context, even if you only get to use it twice in an arena match (that would assume maybe a 3m match which is even on the low side) then this trinket basically becomes:

34 Resilience
180 Stamina

The longer the fight, the better this thing gets. I laughed this item off the first time I saw it, but now I'm actually grinding honor to get one myself.

Info:

This Trinket gives a around 1000 heal every 2min.
The Resilience provide 0.9% Crit Damage reduction on you.
It can be used by druids in Forms.
It Benefits from your Spell Crit to crit itself.
but NOT your bonus Healing.
It is not effected by Alchemist's Stone cause it's not a Potion.
It Does Work in the Arena and it does not share cooldown with the Medallion of the Alliance.

Note: When I wrote this I was still getting the Honor to buy one, I got all this info from above posts and put them together for people who skips to the end cause they can't be arsed to read all comments.
I also made a copy of this under the Talisman of the Horde in case any Hordies wonder.

Meh... OK it's good, especially to impress your friends cos u have alot of crit chance reduction and crit dmg reduction with >400 resilience or so. But that 877 - 969 healing in arena, in most cases, is cut in half by MS, and it ends up at just about 450.

This item is very nice for someone that gets targeted much like a paladin, druid, shaman & priest. In arena that is.

If you are a DPS hitter better hold your DPS trickets!

very true this is a trinket for ppl who get targeted most, in most cases that would be healign classes, druids/priests etc

this + medalion is 54 resilience, just on trinkets alone, its godly

plus dont forget that Medalion of Ally/Horde cooldown reduced to 3 min from Insingia's 5 min, 2 min can be life or death.

as for dps classes, for burst hitters like warriors/mages/rogues i wouldnt boether gettin it, keep you 1 medalion trinket and 1 AP/SP boosting one.

word of advice, dont get this untill u have nothing left to get from honor, get this trinket very last.

This is great for a Paladin healer in Arenas/BGs. You can macro this and Holy Shock for an instant 2k+ heal (noncrit)
If they both crit, I've gotten upwards of a 3200 insta-heal. Pretty nice if you ask me.

Insta-heal while running? Great for Paladins since their best heals have long cast times and are shut out easily.

This is one for Arena Indeed But only for that.
In raids and larger scale BG's(AV) it is not of much use since resiliance does not help much if you being ganged by 3-4 ppl and uless you want it as a tank no other DPS class would benifit as much as the Battlemasters trinkets.
Agree that for Aren's especially 2vs2 this is nice though.

I visited the Horde side. Some of them don't seem to think it benefits from your heal crit bonuses. Has anyone tested this enough to be sure? It would seem a contradiction to say that it benafits from +crit but not +healing damage, but I read another interesting post by a guy named pvd there.

This does not receive any bonuses from +healing gear, however certain skills do affect it. Power Infusion increases the bonus by 20% (causing around 1100 heals - 1600 crits) and Priest's Spiritual Healing also increases the bonus by 10% which will cause it to always heal over 1000 health. Not a huge bonus, but it's better than nothing.
Would anyone know if this trinket is effected by silence or spell interrupts. For example, if a paladin was interrupted and can't cast holy spells, would this be included? Would be a good thing for me regardless since my heals are nature. Might allow me to survive an interrupt.
