The site states that you get this off of the Dark Conclave Ritualists however this seems to be incorrect. All the ritualists I encountered did not drop anything, however near them on the ground you can find the Ever-Burning Ash and can loot it there.

At any rate, as Evilseed said, it's an early and easy quest that yields some good XP.

Contained in a small looking (volcano) almost anywhere in Shadowmoon Valley.

Edit : Almost anywhere above Wildhammer Stronghold.

these are found in ever-burning ash piles, Dark Conclave Ritualist are not lootable. the ash piles are found near any body of green lava.
