Prior to the burning crusade this was an awesome feral druid ring and with a druid feral spec at least lvl 34 it was possible to solo him with pre-healing, bearing, and enraging, then just using skills and frenzied regen when you got low. Even now this is still a pretty good ring for feral druids, but if you have something better than it use this til 35ish and replace it with a Truesilver Commander's Ring.

he is a 0.2% in graveyard i cleared that instance 200 times at least never spawned

found him today and dropped fist, he spawns in the tomb right at the first intersection

I've found him many times... unfortantly, not getting this stupid ring!

He'll spawn inside the two tombs, or if you go to the end tomb, down the two sets of steps he will be right there.

Word of warning: If you solo the graveyard, and decide he's an easy kill -- which he is -- He likes to bring a lot of friends during the battle.

I solo'd him today with a 37 druid in cat form... not really that difficult. I still had like 30% health.

I solo these guys all the time with my 35 rogue, I always go in for the chest that's in the courtyard area, and check the tombs for bosses. I've killed Fallen Champion 2 or 3 times, the mage guy twice, and Ironspine once, everytime they have been in one of the small tombs on either side of the courtyard. The ring Ironspine drops is really nice considering the lack of good rings at this level.

the agility on this ring makes it comparable to falcon's hook (lvl 44 green ring).

By "comparable" I mean BETTER THAN.
hmm...lvl 30 ring with BETTER stats than a lvl 44 ring...

If you are gonna lvl up 14 lvls in 2 days, from 30 to 44, then good luck.

I wear this on my 46 rogue, and its still better than anything in AH as of now.

Do you have to kill the mobs occupying the outer two buildings in order for the rares to be able to spawn or can you just leave them there and respawn the area?

Solo'd him just now, dropped the damn ribcage. Lifestealing on 2x hypnotic blade, and he still almost got me. had to use all the bells and whistles, potion, vanish / cheap shot, evasion, bandage, etc.

I've been farming Ironspine for 4 days straight now, and I mean constantly, only leaving the instance to repair and sleep. I have not seen Ironspine, he has not spawned int he graveyard. I took a friend to GY last week for the ring and he was there, we killed it and of course I roll a 6 and he rolls a 75. I really want this ring and its become an obsession :( Anybody know why it isn't spawning for me anymore?

Wel I helped my friend a few times there, and 3/4 times he just was there, and that scron guys to, he spwawns at left at the tombe, where you go to that bloodlord. If he is not there, try to kill bloodlord first.

And igf u are a high lv there like 40 + youcan almost skipp al pll, the humanoids really easaly, and only you need to clear the path to it.

Was running this with some 45+ guildies when WSG popped so they left (we had just cleared the interrogater) and I decided to continue. Found Ironspine, killed him, and he dropped the ring. Not a tough fight, came out of it with like 20%, no adds.

Nice for my first SM GY run on this character.

(sword rogue with some lower blues and about my level greens)

I've seen and soloed Ironspine 2-3 times and Fallen Champion 2-3 times when my NE druid was between lvl 31 and 33, no problems!

Clear out surrounding monsters, DoT, Regrowth, Bearform untill 40% health, heal, DoT, Regrowth, Bearform.... u get the idea... not to hard actually! :)

But the rarespawn warlock inthere is impossible at low lvl... he just stands there and sucks the life from your very core... so don't try him if you're low druid! ;P

Besides that, I've taken Ironspine and Fallen Champion a number of times with my rogue, not to hard either, if I recall correct!
(haven't played my rogue for almost 1� year now)

ironspine, fallen champion and azure the sleepless or something like that are all rare spawn in grave yard... about 1/2-1/3 runs one of them will be up, never 2. they spawn in the graveyard open area between the entrance building and the crypt. can solo-stealth run all these at low-mid 30s as rouge or druid, although azure the sleepless is harder because he life-leaches, you need your stun and spell interupt skills to kill him, or be lucky... or have 2 people. their spawn locations have no pats or mops that will attack you as long as you keep them from running (I think azure the sleepless is only one that runs at low hp), ironspine drops ring and mail chest 50%/50%, azure drops a nice ammy/cloth pants with +shadow dmg, champion drops nice leather gloves 'ebon gloves' I think they called and some other blue

First GY run on my rogue, i had no idea the rarespawn would be there. i also had no idea about the ring. i'm so happy i got this, it's #$%^ing beast.

As a 32 rogue, I have soloed all of these rarespawns multiple times. I have decent equipment, some blues rest greens, its not that hard though. The ring is especially nice for rogues.

I agree that this is a good ring and all but since when do we kill undead, take their eye and stick it on a ring for magical bonuses?

I'm currently trying to get this baby. Just stealth running the instance and soloing him when he spawns. So far the only thing I've gotten is his ribcage -_-, but that's pretty good to Disenchant so I'm gonna keep on til he drops it.

Ironspine is in the graveyard instance...I fought him in the first patch of graves past the first mausoleum to the right.

He's a random pop, took me a while to get him to show, just keep killing stuff there and he'll appear sooner or later.

The Fallen Champion pops in the same instance, to the left of the mausoleum at the end of the graveyard (you know, the one where you fight Thanos the Bloodmage). He drops a nice headpiece for casters.

If you find this rare mob and he drops this, the 3 main clases that should roll Need on it is Rogues, Hunters and Warriors in that order. Rogues can get the most out of this since it gives a boost to the class's main 2 stats. Hunters can use this due to a nice Agility boost and Warriors can use this due to a small Strength push and a bonus Agility gain.

However if a Hunter rolls Need on it, I wouldn't be surprised since it is a rare mob and on top of that, he can drop any of the 3 items mentioned so yes, any of those 3 classes can roll Need. Just have to pray if that is the case.

Im amazed at how selfish a lot of hunters seem. Just because you need agility doesn't mean other classes should have no shot at rolling on an item. I have a 60 warrior and before I started getting +def gear I was mostly stam/agi. Yah my white damage was on the low end but I had 30% to crit (Axe specialization and some +crit gear as well)

When I tank it's all about dodging attacks and landing criticals for the extra rage. So if you're a hunter and you !@#$% at the warrior that's kept you from dieing 100 times over because he likes a lil agility don't complain when he smacks you around, lmao.

PS: And especially %^&*!ing over rogues rolling on this. Rogues NEED agi if not more then hunters. At least a hunter can hide behind his pet/feign death/lay traps whatever. A rogue puts his ass on the line whenever he solos so he needs that 25%+ dodge and 30%+ crit to live. (Not to mention they don't get any fancy mail armor) so quit whining that another class might need what you need.

Btw this thing is hot for it's level =D

man i will cut any rogue who rolls need on this... im a hunter and we need agi bad... id say more so than rogues. Rogues already have it good with all their talents and what not. getting this would raise hunters agi, which in turn would raise our ranged crit strike... which you will want to have in your group or raid or whatever.

I want to say this mob has a good finger and my char is Rouge, so I want it so badly

My Character : Rouge 46 level

I respawn Ironspine 3 times in a row
Yes you are reading this correctly
Also, This is Rare Elite mob so yeah It should be always there
How ?
Every other comments that my friends said are TRUE
PLUS these I found myself :

Kill 5 mob (Right of graveyard near fence - Right chamber - Left chamber - Right of final boss chamber - Left of final boss chamber)
15 Min wait
Maybe respawn go enjoy if not then reset the dung (DO NOT KILL ANYTHING)
Again start dung and TADA, Ironspine is there if not then again repeat

Note:

Again DO NOT KILL ANY MOB AFTER 15 MIN WAIT, go and reset the dung

I face this !@#$%^& 3 times in a row, then he dropped these in this order for me :
First, he dropped Ironspine's Fist
Second, he dropped Ironspine's Ribcage
Third, he dropped Ironspine's Eye, that for Rouges and Hunters this is a good finger tho.

TOTAL Instance I ran for this dung is : 21 times
