In the item description, it says 'Passive: Improves your chance to get a critical strike with spells by 2%' Does this include healing spells as well?

Although heals are not necessarily a 'strike', it may have been the best word available this description. In any case, +2% chance to get a critical heal would be very nice.

Once someone gets this recipe on your server and is willing to craft for people , they'll almost certainly request mats + fee.

The hardest part of this will be mooncloth. If you got some spare money, you might consider buying up mooncloth before someone finds this recipe and everyone is looking to buy mooncloth, and the price goes up.
