This no longer "Increases the target's Spirit" even when another member of your party or a random player is targeted. The buff is cast on you. Not a big deal, but there are times when I wanted to cast it on other party members, and was not able to.

Probably since the patch that introduced battle/guardian types of elixirs, this and the other similar crystal buffs from Un'Goro were changed to match elixirs. Obviously, that means they don't stack anymore from other elixirs, which is a shame since I used to always stack this as a free, easy-to-farm buff.

Any cooldown on this? I'd hate to use this and find out it prevents me from using potions.

There is a ten minute cool-down on the item. It has its own timer.

Just to make it clear, to get these you first have to discover all 3 pylons. You have to find J.D. in Marshal's Refuge, then get the quest to discover all 3 pylons, discover each (type "pylon" into thot and you can find the location on the map). Once you've discovered all 3 you must return to J.D., then you can turn different crystals in to each one to get different items.

Uhh im doing the Voracity quest atm and wanted to know were i get the Crystal forces from.

To get these requires a three part quest, that is if you have not already quested in Un'goro:
1. Speak w/ J. D. Collie at Marshall's Refuge (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/npc=9117/j-d-collie) She will ask you to collect 7 of each color crystal: Red, Blue, Green and Yellow
2. After you turn in the crystals to J.D., she will ask you to investigate the Western, Northern, and Eastern Crystal Pylons. Once you have investigated them, she will give you a manual to using each of the crystal pylons.
3. Collect 10 each of the Blue and Green crystals, then go turn them in at the Eastern Crystal pylon. Your reward will be 6x Crystal Force

This is a repeatable quest, you need 10 green and blue power crystals as already mentioned, in order to be able to turn these crystal in at the east pylon you have to also complete the pre req quest "Crystals of Power" and then acquire the manual for collecting crystals for different rewards. The quest begins in Marshall's Refuge, in the cave (speak to J.D Collie).

If you're a Priest with Divine Spirit rank 3 or better, do not waste time and crystals on this buff. It wont stack, and wont be applicable when Divine Spirit rank 3 or better is active!

This object plays a role in quests and enchantment recipes. You feed a certain amount of crystals into the pylon and receive the desired item. All items are found and used in Un'Goro Crater.
