You can train this from a Superior Cook trainer. The Horde trainer that teaches this recipe is named Muddok and he is at the Grom'Gol Base Camp.

ive seen it in TB, OG, and even Bloodhoof Village had it.

You can train it at the Cooking Trainer in IF across the Gryphons, this was added after the patch.

For Alliance, I learned it in IF at the trainer.. one of the few things that you dont need a recipe for! YAY!

Req. 40s and 200 cooking.. man...

It's available from Rybeck (a tip of the hat to Steven Segal's character in Under Siege) located in SW, in the Old Town district, at the Pig and Whistle Tavern. He's in the back room.

U can get this recipe from the Undercity cooking trainer when you reach 200 in cooking

You can get the recipe from Daryl Riknussun in Ironforge. Simply ask any city guard for the location of the cooking trainer and you'll have directions to him.

I trained from the trainer in Grom'Gol in STV. It's the last recipe you can learn from him, at a requirement of level (200).

This alongside Monster Omelet, Spiced Chili Crab, Tender Wolf Steak, Heavy Kodo Stew provide the best stamina and spirit buff until phase 5 where we'll get Dirge's Kickin' Chimaerok Chops.
Of all these 5 food buffs, this one is unique for not requiring any spices or water to make. It is also unique because it requires 2 White Spider Meat for 1 Spider Sausage.
Don't expect to earn money from selling this on the Auction House.
