If you're going for appearance, here is a list of daggers and swords with that Japanese look and their respective handle colors:

Daggers:
Stealthblade Black handle: Very low random drop from Sunken Temple mobs
Assassin's Blade Blue handle, random drop primarily in regular Shadowfang Keep; also drops from pick-pocketed boxes from level 20-ish mobs
Permafrost Dagger Blue handle, random Outland world drop
Sliverblade Brownish handle: Very low random drop from Scarlet Monastery mobs
Dreadblade Brown handle, random world drop from level 40-50 quest zones/dungeons
Talongrip Dagger Brown handle; Horde quest reward from in Stonetalon Mountains
Survivor's Blade Blue handle; Alliance quest reward from in Southern Barrens

Swords (one handed):
Felsteel Longblade from Plans: Felsteel Longblade -- sits on your back instead of hip
Doomforged Straightedge Black handle: Very low random drop from Blackrock Depths or Overmaster Pyron who guards the entrance
Hanzo Sword Black handle: Very low random world drop from mobs in level 50-60 quest zones and dungeons in Azeroth
Rune Sword Silver with black patterns; random drop from level 48-53 mobs
Wicked Mithril Blade Black handle, from a blacksmithing pattern: Plans: Wicked Mithril Blade
Assassination Blade Green handle: low random world drop from mobs in level 50-60 quest zones and dungeons in Azeroth
Reforged Blade of Heroes Green handle; Very difficult to get; involves rare drops and such; it's too complicated to summarize quickly.
Ginn-Su Sword Green handle; Low random drop from mobs in Uldaman -- sits on your back instead of hip
Skystrider Katana Brown handle, random drop from Outlands.
Silent Fang Brown handle, ~~drop from Darkmaster Gandling in scholomance EDIT: No longer drops in game.~~ EDIT 2: There is a way to get this now thanks to Hegs' comment. See here: Link to Old Scholomance attunement article
Joonho's Mercy Blue handle, 0.02% drop from a rare mob in Azshara, General Fangferror
Taurajo Butcher's Blade Blue handle, Horde quest reward from in Southern Barrens
Scourgebane's Slicer Red handle, quest reward from in Winterspring
Sword of the Falling Sky Red handle, Alliance quest reward from in Redridge Mountains
Misery's End Wood sword, Alliance quest reward from in Southern Barrens

Swords (two handed):
Duskbringer Black handle; very rare world drop from Shadowfang Keep; debate as to whether this still drops
Blade of Hanna Brownish handle; Very low drop rate from vanilla raid mobs
Archaic Defender Brown handle; random drop mostly from level 32-38 mobs
Strike of the Hydra Brown and green; 30% drop from Aku'mai in Blackfathom Deeps
Mo'grosh Toothpick Wood sword, the mob that drops it is no longer in the game, so it is a rare one to have.
Ta'Kierthan Songblade Purple/gold; ~~dropped by rare mob Lord Darkscythe in Eastern Plaguelands~~ EDIT: No longer drops in game.
Emil's Brand Reddish/pink handle; Alliance quest reward from
Headstriker Sword Green/blue-black; world drop; mainly off 39-45 level mobs, (some level deviation for instances).
Frost Tiger Blade Silver/gold handle; taught by Plans: Frost Tiger Blade, dropped primarily by level 35-45 mobs.
Boneslasher Gold handle; rare drop from Razorfen Downs
Shin Blade Blue handle; random drop mainly from the old vanilla raids
Helboar Carving Blade Blue handle; quest reward from Testing the Antidote in Hellfire Peninsula

Got one off a silvermane wolf in The Hinterlands today. the "of power" + 16 attack power.

I think they look very nice. I was expecting something stupid looking when I saw the word "dagger", but I control clicked, and was very relieved =)

Also, I'd like to point out that the blades are enchanted in the picture. Just in case someone was wondering if they look enchanted from the beginning (like The Lobotomizer), or if they looked normal. They look normal.

Well all male nightelfs are ugly (perhaps some dr00ds not) but those Daggers are ass ugly as a dwarfen female! And i think thats the most ugliest thing in the whole game ^^
Wayne good stats if it looks like something like that?
