In other news, it's not quite as good for casters as the other Misery's End, but hey!

Though probably unintentional, Misery's end draws a parallel to the swords created by famous japanese swordsmith Muramasa, whose swords were said to hunger for blood, and needed to be sated before being returned to its scabbard, even if that meant suicide. Muramasas are usually depicted blood-red in fiction.
Then again, there IS a sword named Muramasa(Muramasa) in-game...

Does NOT sheath across the back sadly. For that go to Lama Lunga di Vilacciaio

Also unfortunate that theres no "steel" metal texture for this unique model. The only other "straight edge" swords of this style are 2H like Lama Orientale

Not escrima... Escrima sticks are short straight sticks.This is more like a wooden Boken (practice sword) that would be used for Kendo/sword training. There is, I believe, also a "Shinai" (bamboo practice sword also for Kendo) model in the game too, but it might be a 2H model.

Start at Digsite Status from General Twinbraid, which will lead you to Feegly the Exiled.

Stealthblade Black handle: Very low random drop from Sunken Temple mobs
Assassin's Blade Blue handle, random drop primarily in regular Shadowfang Keep; also drops from pick-pocketed boxes from level 20-ish mobs
Permafrost Dagger Blue handle, random Outland world drop
Sliverblade Brownish handle: Very low random drop from Scarlet Monastery mobs
Dreadblade Brown handle, random world drop from level 40-50 quest zones/dungeons
